Theo PGS.TS Nguy\u1ec5n Kh\u1edfi Ngh\u0129a, vi\u1ec7c c\u1ea3i t\u1ea1o \u0111\u1ea5t canh t\u00e1c s\u1ea7u ri\u00eang kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1c bi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p \u0111\u01a1n l\u1ebb. \u201cCh\u0103m \u0111\u1ea5t nh\u01b0 ch\u0103m con ng\u01b0\u1eddi, c\u1ea7n m\u1ed9t li\u1ec7u tr\u00ecnh t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p v\u00e0 khoa h\u1ecdc\u201d, \u00f4ng nh\u1ea5n m\u1ea1nh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
